On April 7, 2023, I traveled to Ukraine for a weeklong of service at Lviv Volunteer Kitchen.
Lviv Volunteer Kitchen – founded by Oksana & Lyuda in 2014. It is an organization specialized in the preparation of dehydrated ready meals for soldiers on the front line.
My responsibilities included anything from peeling vegetables, unloading food trucks to cleaning.
