In my first episode I discuss my auxiliary exercise for movement efficiency in all seven fundamental human movements. Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Rotate and Gait.
A few exercises in this video are hip internal rotation, scapular retraction, leg extension variations for knee stability, grip strength and farmer walks plus a few other auxiliary exercises for squats.
