In this workshop, you receive practical information that can be used today. I will provide insights on what I call the “Dark side of Personal Training.” this information not included in any certification nor portrayed by the mainstream media. I will outline how to be the best you can be, wherever you are in your career in fitness to understand the principles of becoming an A-List full time personal trainer.

Club owners and fitness managers can also use this workshop as a checklist for their staff and bring their team to A-List status!

By involving Fitness Directors and Managers in the discussion, my course integrates management’s expectations and core values with practical instruction that empowers trainers to succeed in their own way.

This two-hour staff development workshop provides trainers:

  • A supportive and comfortable environment, which includes peers and management to promote group participation and mutual understanding.
  • A personal assessment of current strengths and challenges through self-evaluation with clear feedback on how to develop confidence and overcome obstacles.
  • Strategies on becoming an influencer and building a personal brand as a means to growing a client base
  • A systematic approach to building a strong network through client relationships and providing excellent service

The course is experiential and geared for commission based personal trainers. However, the methods and concepts I introduce, such as the importance of providing an exceptional member experience, utilizing social media to build a brand, and practicing good work ethics can benefit any fitness professional. I encourage you reach out with any questions.

“A huge thank you for everything you have done to help me. You were a great mentor and I really learned a lot especially not having any sales experience. You helped me as a coach, grow my business, and I really do have the utmost respect for you because of one main reason. You walk the walk and grind every day. That’s how I realized you are the real deal.” – Coach Jack Baldwin, B.S., CSCS

“My exercise science students and the instructor who teaches the fitness management course all loved the books. My gift to them as we close out the degree. As I read it, you hit all the important points of customer service and trainer responsibilities. Good job.” – Judy Quinti, MS., CSCS, Asst. Prof. of Exercise Science at Penn. College

“Julio’s guidance has truly been the foundation of my personal training business. Coming out of school, I felt as if I had all the tools to be a successful personal trainer. Soon, I realized that there was much more to personal training than exercise prescription and keeping up with the science of fitness. Julio mentored me with sales techniques and the importance of building a strong network through client relationships and trust. He taught me how to treat personal training as a business. I believe that without Julio’s mentorship I would not be where I am today. “ – Kyle McGlone B.S., ACSM CPT.
